Valerian Root Relaxing Pure Herb
Popular and powerful nervine herb used to relax. Valerian root is powerful and shouldn't be used for more than 15 days in a row. Effects are very relaxing on the body and should be taken 30 minutes before bed or a few times daily for mild pain and stress. Great for muscle relief from distress and over exertion.

Prepare: Boil water. Add 1-2 Tbsp of herbs to 1 cup of water. Steep for 5-15 or more minutes. Stir, Strain, and drink.
For sleep: 1 tbsp to 1 cup of water 30 min before bed (no longer then 15 days in a row.)
For Muscle pain: 1 tbsp to 1 cup water 2-3 times a day (no longer than 15 days in a row.)
