Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please make sure to contact us at first, unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All merchandise returns must be unused and still have the original package & gifts attached.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER BEFORE SHIPPED?

Yes. We are happy to accept an exchange within 2 hours of purchase. 

 WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE PERIOD AFTER RECEIVED?

We will provide an exchange on unopened/unused products within 15 days of the date that you receive your orders.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN/EXCHANGE?

Yes, you are responsible for most exchange shipping costs unless we sent you the wrong items or quality problems. 

WHERE DO I RETURN/ EXCHANGE TO?

Once you contact our customer service, we will send you our return address.

 

WHY ARE DAYDREAM PRODUCTS NON-EXCHANGEABLE IF OPENED?

Our products are considered hygienic products. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned or exchanged for the safety of all our customers.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

When we receive the return package, we will check whether the return is damaged or not, which will affect the second sale. After we check, we will initiate a refund immediately, and the bank will return your payment to your payment method in about three working days.
